Tribusense is a digital, subscription-based SaaS. Because access to the Service and its features is delivered immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not offered. This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under local law.
1. Who processes payments and refunds
We use Paddle as our Merchant of Record (MoR). Paddle securely processes your payment, collects and remits applicable taxes, and handles refunds and chargebacks where applicable. If a refund is approved under this policy or required by law, it is processed by Paddle back to your original payment method.
2. Our general refund rule
No routine refunds. Given the nature of digital subscriptions and immediate access, purchases are non-refundable.
Billing errors. Clear duplicate charges or accidental overcharges will be refunded. When a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
3. Statutory rights & defects
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law, such as situations where digital services are defective, not as described, or refunds are otherwise legally required. In such cases we will work with Paddle to provide an appropriate remedy.
4. EU/UK 14-day withdrawal (cooling-off) and digital-content waiver
Consumers in the EU/UK normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from distance purchases.
For digital content or services, if you choose to start access immediately and explicitly agree to lose the 14-day withdrawal right, that right no longer applies. We present this consent before checkout and record it.
If you do not provide this consent, you retain the 14-day withdrawal right, but we may delay access until the period ends.
5. Chargebacks & disputes
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us first so we can investigate and, if appropriate, refund via Paddle. If you file a bank dispute (chargeback), Paddle may respond and, where applicable, resolve pre-chargeback alerts by issuing a refund quickly to prevent an official chargeback.
6. Trials, cancellations, and renewals
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the account portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Canceling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current term. For annual plans, pro-rated refunds are not provided unless required by law.
We send clear renewal information and easy cancellation instructions.
7. How to request a refund review
Email support@tribusense.com with your Paddle receipt number (or the email used at checkout) and a brief reason (e.g., duplicate charge, unauthorized payment). We typically review requests within 3–5 business days and reply by email. Where applicable, we’ll coordinate with Paddle to process any approved refund back to your original payment method.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated on this page and, when appropriate, by email or in-product notice.
